Yard Games Day

Irish springtime involves all the seasons happening in the space of 20 minutes, all of which are wet.

But then there was a break in the clouds and I made the executive decision to boot the gremlins outdoors for some fresh air.

I'm nice like that, see.

Since these gremlins are spoiled beyond all comprehension, of COURSE they have things to play with outside.  Tiny, tiny outside things. Bikes, games, paddling pools, toys.....

They played nicely, albeit entirely oblivious of any rules.  Some made up their own games...

They're currently playing something that involves a tightrope and a tennis racquet and I'm not asking further questions, just loitering near the door, sipping my tea and watching for the spots of rain that will inevitably mean hauling everything back indoors again.
